About Northstar Roof Works

We are a matching service for Stanton homeowners, and not a roofing contractor. We hold no roofing licence, we perform no roofing work, and we employ no roofing crews. What we do is take a short description of your roof problem and put it in front of independent local contractors who do hold licences and who do the work.

Lots are larger here, and roofs tend to be bigger than the national average as a result. Stanton holds about 41,188 residents in Orange County. Sitting roughly 9 miles back from the water softens the salt but not the onshore weather.

The failure that leads here is the marine layer keeping the north slope damp. Damp that arrives every morning and leaves by lunchtime is worse for a roof than rain, because nothing ever fully dries between one and the next.

Why this exists

Finding a roofer is a bad experience for most people. Search results are an auction, review sites are gamed, and the fifth phone call is the one nobody makes. Meanwhile good local contractors spend money advertising to people who are not ready and miss the ones who are.

The job this does is narrow on purpose. Three questions and an address is enough for a contractor to say yes or no, and three contractors is enough for you to compare.

How we make money

Roofing companies pay to be introduced. That is the entire business. It is worth saying because it explains what we optimise for, and because you are entitled to know before you type a phone number. The contractor checklist is free either way.

Where we cover

This site is for Stanton, CA, in Orange County. Contractors in the network typically work a radius rather than a boundary, so nearby communities including Garden Grove, Cypress, Westminster, and Los Alamitos are usually covered by the same crews.
