- Today, usually within the hour. The first contractor calls or texts the number you gave us. ASAP requests go out first.
- Up to three of them, no more. We cap it at three so you can compare without your phone melting.
- They come and look. Estimates are given after somebody has been on the roof, not over the phone.
- You decide, or you do not. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay us.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. The quote form is the part that matters most, so it was built to work without a mouse and to be announced properly.
- Every question is a labelled group, and each answer is a real button reachable by keyboard.
- Moving between steps is announced to screen readers, and focus moves to the new question.
- Errors are attached to their field and read out, in plain words rather than codes.
- Colour is never the only way something is indicated, and focus outlines are visible throughout.
- The page works at 200 per cent zoom and reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling.
- There are no images to describe, no carousels, no autoplay and no motion beyond a short progress bar, which honours a reduced-motion preference.
