Get roofing quotes in Stanton
Three questions about the roof, then how to reach you. No provider is taking requests through this service yet, so your request joins a waiting list and goes to no company until you say yes to one by name.
Start here
It takes about a minute.
You are on the list.
No provider in Stanton is taking requests through this service yet. We are lining them up, and yours is kept until one can.
- Nobody gets your details yet. Your request stays with us and is not passed to any company.
- One email when someone can help. When a provider covering your area can take it on, we email you once and ask whether you want that company, by name, to contact you.
- Deleted after 90 days. If nobody can take it on, or you do not say yes, your contact details are deleted 90 days after your request.
- You decide, or you do not. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay us.
Nobody will call you about this request unless you say yes to a company by name.
Right now: a waiting list
No provider in your area is taking requests through this service yet. Requests made now are kept by us and given to no company. When a provider covering your area can take yours on, we email you once and ask whether you want that company, by name, to contact you. If you do not say yes within 90 days of your request, your contact details are deleted.
How it works
Nothing to download, nobody to ring, no account to make. You answer the questions and the calls come to you.
Tell us about the roof
Three taps. The questions exist so contractors know whether to send a repair tech or a re-roof estimator.
Matched to nearby contractors
Independent local companies, chosen on where they work and what they specialise in. Emergencies go out first.
We keep it until someone can help
Nobody gets your details yet. When a provider covering your area can take it on, we email you once and you decide.

A quote, not a contract. Nobody turns up with a ladder until you say so.
Not sold as a list. Your information goes to the contractors quoting your job, and to nobody else.
Three, and no more. Enough to compare properly, few enough that your phone stays usable.
No cost to the homeowner. Ever, at any stage. That is the whole arrangement, stated plainly.
Before you start
What does a new roof cost in Stanton?
Most quotes here for a standard asphalt replacement come in around $12,500 to $28,000. That assumes one layer to remove and sound decking. Every quote you get should say in writing what happens if the decking is not sound.
How long should a roof last here?
An architectural asphalt roof is rated for twenty-five to thirty years and, in this climate, tends to land at the lower end of that. Tile and metal go much further, provided what is underneath them is maintained.
Are you a roofing company?
No. Northstar Roof Works is a free matching service. We do not hold a roofing licence, we do not employ crews, and we never come to your house. We pass your request to independent local contractors who do the work and who you hire directly.
Do you cover the whole Orange County area?
Yes. The contractors we match on cover Stanton and the surrounding towns, so if you are just outside the city limits it still works.
Do I have to hire anyone?
Not at all. Plenty of people use this to find out what a job costs and then do nothing for a year. That is a perfectly reasonable outcome.
How many contractors will contact me?
No more than three. We picked that number because two quotes is not enough to spot an outlier and five is an ordeal.
Why not just search and call three companies?
The search results are an auction
The top of a search page is whoever bid most this morning, not whoever is nearest or best. Being first in an advert says nothing about the roof.
Faster than ringing round
The awkward part of getting quotes is the fifth phone call, not the first. This does that part once.
Emergencies go first
A live leak is not the same request as budgeting for next spring, and it does not sit in the same queue.
